Introduction of PG Study Plan
Major: Clinical Medicine
Type: Professional degree - professional practice oriented
Length of schooling: 3 years (5 years at most)
Study Plan:
First year: Class learning
Second to third year: Prepare for the master thesis with the guidance of the tutor; Complete clinical training in the hospital.
Class Learning (1st–2nd semester)
At the beginning of the first semester, you need to make a study plan (choose courses) with the guidance of your tutor. The study plan includes all courses you will learn in the first year. More requirements are as follows:
The total credits should be no less than 25 credits, in which course credits should be no less than 21 (6 credits for degree course and 1 for elective course at least) and practice credits no less than 4.

Prepare for Master Thesis (3rd-6th semester)
After class learning in the first year, you need to decide in which area you will start your research. The whole process of mater thesis consists of four stages: Opening Report (3rd semester), In-process Checking (5th semester), Pre Thesis Defense and Final Thesis Defense (6th semester).
Clinical training in hospital (3rd-6th semester)
While you are preparing for your master thesis, you need to do clinical training in the hospital as your tutor requires.
Requirements for graduation
Pass all the courses and get all the credits as your study plan requires;
Pass four stages of master thesis successfully;
Pass all evaluations of clinical training;
Publish a paper in Chinese or in English.
Things you need to do
Contact your tutor, fill and sign (e-signature is allowed) Form 1: Dual Selection Application for the Supervisor & Student (Chinese & English version), send it back to TMO through Wechat.
Make your study plan. Choose courses as required with the guidance of your tutor. Fill Form 2: Study Plan for International Students and sign it, send it back to TMO through Wechat.
