刘强，医学博士，副主任医师，副教授，硕士研究生导师，bat365中文官方网站第一临床医学院感染性疾病科副主任。湖北省医学青年拔尖人才，湖北省楚天学者计划“楚天学子”，bat365中文官方网站“151”学术骨干，湖北省肝胆疾病学会委员，湖北省中西医结合肝病专业委员会委员，宜昌市医学会传染病与寄生虫分会委员。
承担主要研究项目：  

 国家自然科学基金：基于Nrf2/ARE途径探讨黄芪苷IV对呼吸道合病毒感染的抑制作用及机制
主要研究成果：

 就病毒性疾病的发病机制、病毒免疫以及抗病毒药物三个方面进行研究，尤其是在呼吸道病毒方面有较为深入的见解，揭示了盐酸阿比朵尔、黄芪甲苷、以及中药复方玉屏风散等药物对呼吸道病毒的抗病毒作用及机制，提出了通过调节免疫的方式抑制病毒诱导的细胞因子风暴，为治疗病毒性肺炎提供了新的思路。近年来主持国家及市级课题各一项，发表学术论文20余篇，其中第一作者SCI论文8篇，SCI引频110次，他引105次。
