课题组简介及研究方向
本课题组长期致力于血液系统疾病的功能基因组和基因治疗研究, 近 5 年来以第一作者和(或) 通讯 作者(含共同) 在 Cell Stem Cell、Genome Medicine、Journal of Clinical Investigation、American Journal of Human Genetics 、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy 和 Nature Communications 等期刊发表论文 20 余篇; 并以合作者身份在 Nature Genetics 、Neuron 等期刊上发表论文数篇。论文被包括 Nature、 Science 、Cell 和 New England Journal of Medicine 等在内的期刊引用 1000 余次。
研究方向为: 1) 基因编辑工具研发; 2) 高通量功能筛选; 3) 遗传性疾病基因治疗。
