Notice Regarding Degree Application
Students who meet the requirements for degree application can apply for degree certificate now. You are required to SUBMIT the listed materials to TMO before 10:00 am Beijing time, Mar.10th, 2022. Check the details below.
1. Internship Handbook (original)
You are required to complete the internship as required by the college especially the weeks of rotation in each department must be fully completed as required (check Chapter 1 Practice Contents and Time Arrangement on Internship Handbook for detailed requirement). Internship handbook must be fully filled, signature or seal cannot be missed, or you are not allowed to apply for degree certificate.
2. Internship Certificate (original)
Pay attention that the total weeks of internship and weeks of rotation in each department stated in your internship handbook must be consistent with that on the internship certificate.
3. HSK Certificate (copy)
4. Passport (copy)
5. 8 pieces of photos (3.5cm*4.5cm with blue background, with name and roll number written on the back of each photo).
Electronic photo should be sent to tmo@ctgu.edu.cn
If you are in your home country currently, you are required to mail the materials to your batchmates who are in the college and entrust them to help you submit the materials to TMO before 10:00 am Beijing time, Mar.10th, 2022. Material won’t be accepted after the deadline.
SMO will inform you to obtain the degree certificate when it is ready.
